Information for Presenters
Please note that this is an unpaid opportunity, but also a free one: to present and participate. At the many conferences and expos I have spoken at, both US and internationally, there is a fee to present. As a speaker, you become a sponsor, and therefore this very common fee is meant to cover advertising and promotion: connecting you with new clients. If you'd like, I can create a "referral code" to give your clients and followers, and you can earn a % of the sales purchased through your code. This gives you the ability to earn some money for your time. You can also provide coupon codes to your services and products as a way to encourage new business.
The profit made from this conference will be utilized in 3 ways:
1- I'd like to donate a % to a charity or organization
2- I'd like to be able to offer a few "scholarships" to this conference and future conferences that cannot pay or pay in full
3- The remaining will be set aside for future conferences, hopefully held in person. Think: hotel conference room reservation fee, PA system, printed programs, and the like
Those of you who know me well know this isn't an opportunity to make myself money, but the ability to give back to the community and collective and to build more experiences of healing, wellness, and connection. This is just the very start and the very tip of the iceberg of what we can c0-create and build together!
I do not want to suggest or demand a format for your presentation, but it is of vital importance to me that this is not a "presenter show," but an "attendee experience." Sessions should not be only speaking and presenting, but give those who attend an opportunity to learn, experience, and try! They are not there to just WATCH, but to feel and move with your support. This flow and format is up to you, so play around with how you'd like to break your time, and how much time you'd like: anywhere from 30 to 75 minutes.
Sessions will be live hosted and pre-recorded. If you'd like to do a pre-recorded session, we will have a "live premier watch party," and I would ask that you be a chatroom moderator for those watching at the time of "premier."
You will be expected to contribute worksheets, information sheets, and the like to the program guide. This could be reference sheet, diagrams, charts, fill the blanks: something that people can refer back to during and after the conference.
I will also need from you a headshot and brief bio for the website and guidebook.
You'll also be asked to provide a written explanation of your session.
While I won't be checking behind you, I would ask that if you feel honored & excited to participate (and I hope you do if you accept to join us), you do share on your social media, website, newsletters, and the like of the event. The benefit of a collaborative event is to build connection, create supportive bridges among us, and to bring together our individual communities.

The presenters are simply holding space, teaching, and offering experiences of healing, expansion, and inspiration to those who attend. There is no "look what I can do," but "look at what YOU can do, as I guide you inwards to experience & retrieve your own power and gifts." Presenters will be expected to provide worksheets, recaps, and guidelines to be "published" in our digital program guide.
This conference program is meant to help our soul family learn skills and tools to access their higher, true selves and to promote healing through different avenues. We'll have sessions of yoga, group healing sessions, meditation circles, and instructional sessions. There will be a SLACK group for communication among participants during the weekend (which will then close after the conference). Together, I'd like to create an experience, via live video conferencing and live “watch parties,” as well as pre-recorded “on your own sessions” and recorded sound bowl and meditation sessions— that allows feminine souls to feel empowered, capable, and inspired to take hold of their healing abilities, to break through their blocks, and to connect with other like minded souls.
Sessions will be offered both live and pre-recorded, and all sessions will be recorded for playback.
The sessions MAY be turned into an MP3 download for those who regret not joining us.

Swag Bag Contributors & Virtual Doorprize
Swag bag contributors will be asked to provide 20 of their items to those who purchase a VIP swag bag! Items will be geared to created a comfortable, safe, and sacred space at home for retreat/conference time. I am specifically looking to support & collaborate with small businesses focused on wellness, self-care, healing, spiritual ritual, and feminine empowerment.
Items such as slippers, a water bottle with positive affirmation stickers, lip balms, bath salts, candles, and the like are needed and appropriate.
Added bonuses:
Each individual contributor will come to an agreement with Ashley in regards to donations, or at cost pricing.
*Please note: true SWAG BAGS are donated items by companies and businesses that want to offer "samples" of their products to earn new business and clientele. I am not able to purchase retail or wholesale priced items to add to swag bags. We can absolutely discuss ways to make this work for us all, such as "at cost pricing" or a small stipend to cover some of your expenses.
All donations to the swag bags will come with 2 GOLDEN TICKETS, for you and a guest- at minimum. Other arrangements can be made depending on cost & equal energy exchange! Let's make this work for all of us!

A flexible independent vacation, along side me, the Divine Miss Ash!
To celebrate the freedom & expansion that comes after 2020 & 2021, I'll be "leaving on a jet plane" and indulging my mind, body, and spirit at the most beautiful beach in the world. Join me! This will not be an "official Ashley-led retreat" (aka- I'm not handling bookings or adding an "Ashley" fee), but an open invite to come join me and my hubby for a week of sunshine, salty air, and kindred friendships.
Eat meals with me, join me on the beach for yoga and meditation. Let's read cards, talk healing & awakening, and do it all with a drink in our hand and the breeze through our hair. I may even have some swag-ulous surprises for you when you arrive!
